AI Generator plugin: Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rusenas AI Generator plugin (“Plugin”) and the related content generation service (“Service”) operated by Rusenas (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing the Plugin or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Rusenas AI Generator is a WordPress plugin that generates text content for posts and pages using artificial intelligence. The Plugin communicates with our servers at ai.rusenas.com to process generation requests. Content is generated by AI models (DeepSeek R1, Llama 3.1, Mistral) running on servers managed by Rusenas.

2. Account and API keys

To use the Service, you must register an account by providing a valid email address. Upon registration, an API key is generated and linked to your website domain. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Do not share your API key with third parties. Each API key is valid for one website domain. If you need keys for additional domains, you may generate them from your account.

3. Plans and billing

The Service offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free — $0 with 5 requests per day, 50,000 tokens per day, 1 website.
  • Junior — $4.99/month, 50 requests per day, 500,000 tokens per day, 1 website.
  • Senior — $19.99/month, unlimited requests and tokens, 1 website.

Paid plans are billed monthly. If a paid plan expires or is not renewed, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. Prices may change with 30 days’ prior notice. Annual discounts are available upon request — contact us for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service infrastructure.
  • Submit prompts designed to extract system instructions or bypass content safety measures.
  • Automate requests beyond the limits of your plan without authorization.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Generated content

You own the text content generated through the Service and may use it for any lawful purpose. However:

  • AI-generated content is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any generated content.
  • We recommend reviewing all generated content before publication to ensure it meets your quality standards and complies with applicable laws.

6. Intellectual property

The Plugin source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). The Rusenas name, logo, and brand elements are trademarks of Rusenas and may not be used without permission.

7. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • Rusenas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by deactivating the Plugin and deleting your API key. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Generated content already published on your website remains yours.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
